The company mainly manufactures valve and pump parts, agriculture, energy, mining and construction sectors and general engineering components from all kinds of materials.
We export cast and machined parts to USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Our facilities has been approved by ISO 9001 & PED, AD-WO.
PR Technocast have three different casting mfg. process like Shell Molding, No-Bake Molding & Green Sand Molding. Foundry able to cast few grams to 1000kgs single-piece component by coreless induction melting process in metal grade of Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron, Si-Mo Cast Iron as well as custom grade as per requirement.
We supply castings in both the as-cast condition and the fully machined condition, with surface coatings and treatments as per requirement.
